Session

1. Please arrive with a bare face for the most accurate assessment. If you’re wearing makeup, don’t worry—we offer a variety of cleansing products for you to use.

2. If you wear glasses, we recommend switching to contact lenses during the session, as glasses can be distracting during the draping process.

3. If you’ve booked our Signature service, please bring your makeup pouch, as we’ll review and discuss your current makeup products during the session.

I love hearing about your color journey and how you’ve evolved. I’m also excited to help you along the way. Please feel free to reach out anytime when you’re deciding on clothes or makeup. While my schedule can be tight, I promise to respond as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience!

A no-show occurs when you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without giving prior notice.

We understand that things can happen, so if you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid being marked as a no-show. Otherwise, we regretfully won’t be able to continue offering our services to you.

Refunds for our color analysis sessions are not available after the service has been completed.

If you’re unhappy with your experience, please let us know immediately. We value your satisfaction and are eager to find a solution.

At this time, we focus on individual sessions to provide a personalized experience, so we don’t offer any group sessions. 

Our studio space is limited, so we do not allow friends or family (including kids) to join during your session. Thank you for understanding!
